For those who have already booked with HeadHeartHands here are some procedures that you will want to know. Once your booking has been received you will be sent a private and secure questionnaire regarding your reasons for BioEnergy Therapy, current health status, medications / diet restrictions and goals for the future.

It will be a simple and easy to follow exercise with which, together, we can assess the correct therapy protocol and discuss your healing expectations. We also encourage and are happy to provide suggestions for preplan touring and local sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and exploration in order to be fully prepared

for your retreat stay.
